Balsamic/Honey Glazed Turkey Ham with Carrots

Made the glaze with a lot of honey, a bit of water, some balsamic vinegar and pepper. Quickly boiled and reduced down. The ham was grilled in a grill pan, and very lightly glazed to get some carmelization.
The carrots were sauteed in butter and a touch of balsamic.
