The fans might recall “Slosh Together Chicken” (aka chicken braised in tomato sauce).
This was chicken, red potato, onion, diced tomato, basil, tomato sauce, chicken stock and love. (wherein love is garlic)
Super good fantastic tasting yum.

Back to the grill pan after the lessons of Monday. Works much better. Old favorite, but so good. Loved the way the squash turned out.

In which we discover that the gas grill attachment on the range in the new house either needs forever to heat up, or just isn’t that good.
Steak came out tasting great, but the sear wasn’t nice and the texture was off.
It did go a good job of grilling romain hearts.

Hey look, it’s more shake and bake chicken. Payday is tomorrow and that makes me very happy. I sauteed up some onions, and those were very tasty.
