Ok I pretty much rule at dinner.
Sweated onion and garlic in stock pan, then added chicken broth and sliced ginger and brought that to a boil. Then added the cubed tofu, brought that to a boil. Finally (this is all per the instructions on the miso paste I bought) added another 1.5 cup [...]
