My homemade tortilla chips (baked flour tortillas)
Chicken, baked and tossed with taco seasoning.
Kindey Beans
Romaine Lettuce
Goat Cheese
Avacado
Corn
Cucumber
Black Olives
Cilantro
Salsa that was strained to remove the extra liquid and then had one miniced Jalepeno.
Lime Juice
This was really good. Mom’s claims it was the “best taco salad ever”.
