I took flour tortillas, cut them up into strips and then baked them for about 10 minutes, and finished them under the broiler.
Ground turkey season with “hot taco” seasoning. Shredded lettuce (not from a bag!), cheese and a dash of sour cream.

The sandwich is pretty basic. Not exactly the finest product, but tasty none the less.
The salad is cucumber, peeled and cubed, tossed with a little olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dill, salt and pepper. It marinated in the fridge for about a half hour.

The chicken thighs were boneless, and that wasn’t a good idea. I cooked them with the BBQ sauce which was based on a few times during cooking, and then briefly broiled to attempt to carmelize the top a touch (which didn’t really work, I think because I kinda wimped out).
