Grilled the steak in the pan with just salt. Then I cut it very thin while it was still really rare, and tossed it with some fajita mix for about 3 minutes to season and finish cooking. Topped with low fat sour cream, a slight bit of cheese and lettuce.
Really tasty.

The meatloaf is pretty standard, but I guess I didn’t have enough binders relative to the liquid, as it fell apart upon taking it out of the loaf pan. Still tasted good. The bread was from the store, and fantastic. Same for the salad. Best tasting meal in a while.

This was one of those hormel prepackaged pork loins. They’re umm… not very good. Despite the fact that it looks a little pink (trust me, I temped it, it was done) ithe texture was kinda rubbery and the taste of the honey mustard stuff was just kinda nasty and oppressive. Meh. [...]
