The leg is cooked in a dutch over, first for 2 hours with just a cup of chicken stock, and then with a BBQ sauce made from ketchup, maple syrup, molasses, bay leaf, balsamic vinegar and some spices.

This one was pretty solid. The chicken is this interesting stuff I got from the store. You basically steam it, then pop each sausage with a fork, which lets some of the juices out and then you brown them in the (very sweet) juice.
The polenta came from this premade polenta loaf [...]
