The zuchinni was sauteed with salt, pepper and coriander.

I really liked this.
It’s also the last time I’ll see red meat for a while, given some big diet changes I’m aiming to make.
I tossed the beef (stir-fry cut) with olive oil and a package of fajita seasoning. Then i cooked that in the skillet.

Busy week, bad Dids, more info to follow.
The only thing about this one I havent’ done before is the mushroom dish. Sauteed bread crumbs with garlic, tossed that on top of the mushrooms (some of which were whole, some were chopped) and then baked it.
Everything was really good.
