Chicken is standard Shake N’ Bake with some onion powder, cayenne, garlic pepper, and mustard powder. I took lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and minced ginger and made a vinegrette. That was tossed with the spinach and then a very little bit was poured over the chiken.

Sautee onions, garlic, and ginger. Then add cabbage, chicken stock, vinegar, salt, pepper, a slight bit of sugar, some lemon zest.
